If one is determined to understand all of the things of the World in which they live in - they must be uniquely guided by The Divine (God). To unlock these knowledges, one (Elusive) must be covert and yet sit at the Nexus of Energies. Both Good & Evil. In order to do that - one must be "at the right place at the right time"...no other words for it can describe - we've all heard how the Rich and their inheritance were in the right place at the right time.
